Deluxe Materials Scenic Rust produces a coating of rust on any paintable surface, wood, plastic, or metal, in under 8 hours. The three part system mixes fine iron filings with a thin glue like carrier to position the metal on the item you wish to have a rusted appearance. When this layer is dry, a developer is used to encourage the metal filings to rust. The effect is best used on larger surfaces. Ideal for all Model Railway enthusiasts.
