How To Order

Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online stores, and add any item you wish to purchase into the "shopping cart". After you have finished your selection click on the "Checkout" icon where you will be asked for a few details we need to complete your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Laser card payments. All Credit card details are encrypted and are not held in clear text on this site or those of our service providers.

When an order is received by us, confirmation will be sent to the customer via email. This is to indicate that have recived your order. a contract does not exist until we send you an invoice or your credit card is charged for your order. This term is included to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inavertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure the price is acceptable.

If you prefer you may order via phone - +353(0)57 8621081 between 9.00am and 6.00pm or post your order with remittance (cheques should be made payable to Graham's Toymaster) to Graham's Toymaster, Lyster House, Lyster Square, Portlaoise, Co Laois, ROI.

We make every effort to ensure that all items on the site are in stock and ready to be dispatched. However in some cases items may be out of stock or there may not be sufficent quantities in stock to meet customer requirements.
In these cases items ordered will be placed on back order and customers will be notified of this by email, with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


All prices quoted include 21% VAT. Orders shipped outside the European Union are VAT free.

Our online stores are open for ordering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
